DO YOU DO EXTENSIONS?

All our nails are done using gel polish on natural nails only. We do not offer extensions, SNS, hard gels, soft gels, press-ons or regular nail polish. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to remove product from other salons or use product brought in by our clients.

 

I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER, HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Please call us on 6101 8001 or email hello@the-beautique.com.au to make a booking using a gift voucher. Our online booking system is unable to recognise vouchers at this stage and will request a 50% deposit. If you are securing your appointment with a voucher, this will be used as your deposit and all our regular booking terms and conditions still apply.

CAN I BRING MY BABY/CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?

While we do allow babies in their prams, please be mindful of other clients who are experiencing treatments. We ask that you contact us first if you hope to bring your baby into the salon, as we try to avoid any risk of noise if we have clients who are having a facial. Please note that we are unable to provide manicure services if you are holding your baby or consistently interrupted. If we are unable to complete your service as a result, please note the full appointment value will still be payable.

DO YOU PAINT KIDS NAILS?

We are happy to provide manicure/pedicure appointments for children who are supervised by their parent/guardian. Please note that we do not offer regular nail polish, therefore gel polish would need to be removed correctly to avoid damaging the natural nail. While little ones may have smaller nails, we still provide the same service and allow the same time. 

DO YOU DO GROUP BOOKINGS?

Yes! You can book small group appointments online if the space is available, however please note that our spaces book up in advance by our regulars. Your best bet is to email us as soon as possible at hello@the-beautique.com.au with the exact details of the treatments you are after and how many people you are hoping to book in.

IS YOUR SALON ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, as we have an upstairs loft for our beauty treatment and spray tan area, we have lift access available from the ground floor. ​​
